How to cancel
iOS: Apple manages all subscriptions through your Apple ID. Follow Apple's official instructions at support.apple.com/en-us/118428.
Android: Google Play manages subscriptions at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Account deletion
Account deletion lives inside the app. Open Settings, scroll to Account, tap Delete Account, then confirm in the second modal. The flow is intentionally two-step. Deletion removes your profile, session log, and saved game profiles permanently. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play.

How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, find CountEdge, and cancel. Apple links the full process at https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, choose Payments and subscriptions, find CountEdge, and cancel. If you cancel inside the 14-day free trial window, the card is never charged.
How do I delete my account?

What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your subscription bills automatically on day 14 unless you cancel. If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until day 14 and the card is not charged. There is no penalty and no email required to cancel.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open the app and go to Settings, then tap Restore Purchases. The app reads your Apple ID or Google Play account and reactivates any active subscription. If restore fails, email [email protected] with your account email and the platform you bought on.
